Your Navigator guides you and your family through creation of a customized plan that focuses on an individual’s unique strengths, preferences, goals, and needs. 

We facilitate in-depth conversations about the person’s dreams, strengths, and needs including:

Many families get creative with SDP services! As long as a service helps meet the individual’s goals and fits within the budget, it’s often allowable. In partnership with your Navigator, you will get access to the proprietary NeuroNav’s Provider Database for SDP so you can find allowable and vetted resources across California:
