Hi, my name is Kristin
My role is behind the scenes, but the work is deeply connected to what matters most: making sure individuals and families receive quality support from IFs who are knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to helping them achieve their goals. I've always been drawn to mission-led work that creates real, positive impact for people in need.
What is important to me...
Everyone deserves a trustworthy, capable person who understands their situation and is responsive to their needs. Making sure our IFs can show up that way for every individual and family is at the heart of what I do.
I am known for...
Finding ways to make things work better. Whether it's improving a process, solving a problem, or supporting the team, I bring a drive for efficiency and a genuine commitment to meaningful impact to everything I do.
I really enjoy...
Spending time with my family and watching my kids grow. I also love gardening, cooking, and reading or listening to a good book.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Kristin worked in Business Development for a digital mental health startup, where she gained experience leading a team and using technology to improve processes and outcomes. That background shapes how she approaches her role today — building efficient systems and supporting the NeuroNav team so that every individual and family receives the quality of care they deserve.
