Mallory OReilly
Independent Facilitator

Hi, my name is Mallory

While working in a general education classroom, I naturally gravitated toward students who benefited from modified instruction. Watching students recognize their own potential was one of the most rewarding parts of my work. It inspired me to expand my impact, first through the regional center and now here at NeuroNav.

What is important to me...

Clients should be seen as whole individuals and feel heard when they share their concerns and achievements.

I am known for...

Being a positive, proactive support who collaborates effectively and advocates when needed to ensure access to appropriate evaluations and services.

I really enjoy...

Trying new restaurants and paddle boarding with my family.

Experience

Before joining NeuroNav, Mallory worked at Alta California Regional Center and provided direct behavioral support and adult staff training with Square One. That experience gave her valuable insight into both family and client perspectives on accessing services — what works and what can be improved. At the regional center, she built a strong understanding of internal processes, available supports, the Lanterman Act, and effective advocacy. Together, those experiences allow her to approach each client with empathy while guiding them through next steps and making sure they have access to the supports they need.
