Hi, my name is Andrea
Working as an ABA therapist in the Los Angeles Unified School District sparked a deep passion in me, but it also opened my eyes to a significant gap in services for adults who had aged out of the school system. That realization stayed with me. On a more personal level, I also have family members who have faced the very real challenge of finding quality services for autism. When I discovered NeuroNav, it felt like a natural fit with everything I cared about: supporting people, serving marginalized populations, and filling a need that too often goes unmet.
What is important to me...
Providing clear answers and honest communication, and being someone who follows through on what they say they are going to do.
I am known for...
Taking the complex parts of this process and breaking them down in a way that actually makes sense. A lot of people come in already stressed and confused about the system, so being someone they can come to with questions and walk away feeling clear and confident means a lot to me.
I really enjoy...
Being a big foodie — you can always catch me trying new restaurants or looking up where to eat next. I also love salsa dancing, which is my favorite way to let loose and have a good time.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Andrea spent over four years as a teacher at a private school, working closely with families and developing curriculum tailored to each student's individual needs. She also worked extensively in the ABA field, deepening her understanding of how to support individuals with developmental needs in a structured and intentional way. Together, those experiences gave her a well-rounded perspective on what families go through and what effective support actually looks like, and they transferred naturally into her role as an IF, where building person-centered plans felt like an extension of what she had always been doing.
