Hi, my name is Bridgette
I'm often the first person you'll talk to when you're exploring what NeuroNav can do for you or your family. I came to this work through teaching 6th grade, where I saw firsthand how hard families had to fight just to make sure their neurodiverse kids had the support they deserved. That experience made me want to be part of work that's truly about equitable access — making sure every person gets what they need, not just the ones who already know how to navigate the system. I genuinely love getting to know people, so when we talk, expect lots of questions.
What is important to me...
I believe people deserve to be genuinely listened to. Their concerns are valid, their wishes matter, and they should never have to fight to feel understood.
I am known for...
Being easy to talk to. People I've worked with would tell you I'm someone you can confide in, vent to, and trust to understand where you're coming from, no matter your background or situation.
I really enjoy...
Spending time with my two toddlers, exploring new campgrounds, and taking trips with my family along the Central Coast of California. I'm also part of a book club, love grabbing coffee with friends, and enjoy singing and playing guitar with my husband.

Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Bridgette spent time in two fields that deeply inform how she works today: education and mental health. As a 6th grade teacher in a general education setting, she saw up close how neurodiverse students and their families were underserved, and how much it mattered to have someone genuinely in their corner. Her work in the mental health space further shaped her ability to hold space for the full range of what individuals and families carry when they reach out for support.
