Hi, my name is Case
I've always been interested in scaling young businesses, but my first few jobs weren't as fulfilling as I had hoped. I knew I needed a mission-driven role, and supporting the IDD community has been a huge privilege.
What is important to me...
People deserve to be heard and listened to. I say both of those separately because hearing someone doesn't necessarily imply taking action, while listening to someone means understanding what they want and taking steps to deliver that for them.
I am known for...
Making sure people feel heard and included in the conversation and in the solution. I always listen first, find common interests, and meet people where they are.
I really enjoy...
Running, lifting weights, and playing basketball when my knee cooperates. My biggest passion is probably reading though. I read every day and love sci-fi, especially dystopian stories that explore futuristic technologies and the ways they reshape societal structures.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Case was the RevOps Manager at a telehealth company that specifically serves the IDD community across the country. That experience gave him both the technical skills and a deep understanding of how Medicaid services work — knowledge that translates directly into his role at NeuroNav.
