Dana Seepersaud
Senior Service Navigator

Hi, my name is Dana

I started working in this field right out of college and found my purpose. Over the past ten years, I've served in many different positions within the field and each one has deepened my understanding of what people truly need to thrive. That breadth of experience shapes everything about how I work: I come to every conversation ready to look honestly at what has worked, what hasn't, and the best way to move forward. Ten years later, I am still doing this work and absolutely enjoying it.

What is important to me...

People deserve compassion, patience, and understanding. My job is to take as many things as possible off their plate and out of their mental space, so they can focus on what matters most.

I am known for...

Being friendly, helpful, and ready for anything. With ten years in this field, there is very little I haven't seen and I know that anything is possible with a great team behind it.

I really enjoy...

Reading, catching up on my favorite shows, and cooking with my family.
