Hi, my name is Dee
I started working in the field right out of high school at an ABA company, and it sparked a passion in me. Not long after, I had my own child who also has I/DD. That shifted me toward the case management and advocacy side of the work. I wanted to help shape a better future for him and for others like him.
What is important to me...
People deserve to be seen as a person, not a number. The people supporting them should genuinely have their best interest in mind.
I am known for...
Being responsive and proactive, and being committed to truly keeping everything person-centered.
I really enjoy...
Being outdoors and doing things with my family. We often drive to the ocean or the mountains to hike or have lunch.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Dee worked in both private and government roles, doing a mix of hands-on work and case management. She has run several residential and day programs, experiences that deepened her commitment to person-centered care. That foundation, combined with her personal experience as a parent of a child with I/DD, shapes everything about how she shows up for the individuals and families she works with today.
