Gabriela Narvaez
Independent Facilitator

Hi, my name is Gabriela

I've spent years working in community programs alongside families navigating the developmental services system. That work showed me the gaps that exist, and the impact we can have when we truly show up for families with respect and empathy. Becoming a mother deepened that even further. It opened my eyes to how much guidance and support parents truly need, and how often they don't have access to it. Many families, mothers, and children have shaped this path for me, and their stories and resilience made it clear that this is the work I'm meant to do.

What is important to me...

People deserve honest guidance and support that actually adapts to their lives, not the other way around. Most importantly, they deserve someone who walks alongside them with genuine care.

I am known for...

Listening deeply and making complex information feel clear and manageable. I don't see the people I work with as cases to manage, but as individuals with unique stories, strengths, and priorities.

I really enjoy...

Watercolor painting — it's my way of slowing down, being present, and reconnecting with myself. I also love creating spaces where women can gather and create together. Spending time with my daughter, being in nature, and playing with my dogs all fill me back up.
