Hi, my name is HannaLiza
Right after college, I worked for nonprofit agencies that fought for families who had been silenced by socioeconomic hardships. Through that experience, I became passionate about helping people find their way through systems that can feel overwhelming and out of reach. This work is not just about securing services but about restoring respect for individuals. To me, success isn't a one-time approval. It's building real, lasting support for the people I work with.
What is important to me...
Families deserve someone who is compassionate, who loves what they do, and who advocates for their needs. Someone who shows up with empathy, love, and kindness.
I am known for...
Helping individuals and families feel like they are finally being heard. Many people come to us feeling like just another number on a caseload. I look past the diagnosis to see each person's actual potential.
I really enjoy...
Traveling with my husband and three sons, camping, hiking, and karaoke. I also love crafting with my Cricut, photography, home decorating, and DIY projects.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, HannaLiza spent over ten years in community-based case management at Central Valley Regional Center, providing person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Her time there taught her that behind every file is a family trying to navigate a stressful system. What stayed with her most was the importance of actively listening without judgment, and making sure each person's goals are always at the center of the work.
