New Professional Headshots-2-1
SDP Onboarding Manager

Hi, my name is Lindsey

I began volunteering with children from a really young age. By my senior year of high school, I was mentoring teen girls weekly while also performing in local professional theater. When the chance came to travel with a touring Broadway show as a guardian for a child actor, I took it. But during that time, I realized I missed the girls I was mentoring back home more than I missed performing. That moment redefined the trajectory of my life and career toward supporting people to build brave, resilient, and fulfilling lives.

What is important to me...

People deserve someone who makes them feel heard. Someone that helps them feel safe enough to say not only the easy stuff, but the hard stuff as well. They deserve to be understood, supported, and fiercely advocated for by empathetic, dedicated people who understand the complexities of the system well.

I am known for...

Building rapport with individuals and families and helping people understand where their strengths are. I love the lightbulb moment when someone begins to realize their potential, or a unique gift they've always had but never noticed. I endeavor to bring warmth, humor, and dedication to every interaction, and I want each person to know they are a priority.

I really enjoy...

Coffee shops, thrift stores, and a good book from the library at a wine bar. In the summer you'll find me wakeboarding and soaking up everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I also love travelling; living in London for 3.5 years gave me a real love for experiencing different cultures and countries.

Experience

Lindsey began her career in social services, working as a case manager for at-risk youth in public schools and leading workshops on social-emotional health and relationships. She then worked in a residential treatment program supporting teenage female survivors of sex trafficking in California. She later transitioned into partnerships roles within international NGOs, supporting programs that empower women living below the poverty line in East Africa and Afghanistan. Across all of these experiences, a common thread in how she works is meeting people where they are and helping them navigate systems in a way that feels supportive.
