Hi, my name is Melissa
I've always been drawn to helping people. In past roles, I saw firsthand how underserved the disability community is and how much support is truly needed. That's what keeps me in this work and drives me to show up for every individual and family with patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making a real difference.
What is important to me...
People deserve patience, respect, and someone who takes the time to truly understand their goals and helps them navigate challenges with care and consistency.
I am known for...
Being kind, patient, and a good listener. People describe me as professional, personable, and respectful, and I make it a priority to make sure they feel supported every step of the way.
I really enjoy...
Spending quality time with my family and cooking and baking, which helps me relax and unwind.
