Hi, my name is Michelle
I've always been drawn to work that makes a real difference in people's lives. I joined NeuroNav because I saw how difficult it can be for families to navigate the support system alone. There's a huge gap between having services and actually having a life you love, and I wanted to be part of the team that helps bridge that gap and makes independence a reality.
What is important to me...
People deserve support that actually works in real life. Providers who show up, follow through, and genuinely care about the people they serve.
I am known for...
Bringing an advocacy-first mindset to everything I do. I don't just look for a resume, I look for people who genuinely know how to push through red tape to get results for the individuals we support.
I really enjoy...
Getting outdoors whenever I can. Whether it’s hitting a local trail for a hike or just finding a quiet spot in the sun, being in nature is the best way for me to completely unplug. There’s something about the fresh air and a change of scenery that just hits the reset button for me.
Experience
Before joining NeuroNav, Michelle worked in healthcare, focused on high-touch patient care and navigating complex health systems. That background shapes how she approaches provider sourcing today. Always focused on finding people who will genuinely show up for the individuals and families NeuroNav serves.
