Hi, my name is Mysti

My path into this field started during a home visit at Easter Seals, where I worked in Early Head Start. A Regional Center worker came to assess a child in one of the families I was visiting, and that interaction sparked something in me. I became interested in what the Regional Center offered and applied as a Service Coordinator — a role I stayed in for 18 years. That wasn't a coincidence; working with people with disabilities has always been at the forefront of my priorities, and every position I've taken since has reflected that.

What is important to me...

People deserve to feel supported, understood, and not overwhelmed. They're trusting us with something very important, so it's our responsibility to be patient, communicate clearly, and follow through on what we say we'll do. They should feel like they have someone in their corner who is organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping them.

I am known for...

Being reliable, consistent, and easy to communicate with. I make it a priority to keep families informed, respond quickly, and make sure they understand what's happening every step of the way. I follow through on what I say I'm going to do, and I work hard to make complex systems feel as simple and stress-free as possible.

I really enjoy...

Spending time with my five dogs, reading, and binge-watching a good show.

Experience

Before joining NeuroNav, Mysti spent 18 years as a Regional Center Service Coordinator, followed by a role as an Employment Specialist at the State of Arizona DDS, and most recently as a Certified Work Incentives Coordinator at Disability Rights California. Across all of it, her focus on supporting people with disabilities has never wavered. That experience also shaped the way she works: highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing complex moving pieces without letting a single detail slip.
