Pam Humphrey
Transition Navigator

Hi, my name is Pam

What started as a "just for now" job eventually made it clear that being a direct care provider wasn't just a job. It was my calling. I'm driven by a commitment to helping people access resources that help them live their best lives. I care deeply about dignity, inclusion, and fairness. My career kept pulling me back toward this work because it's where my values and natural strengths intersect.

What is important to me...

The people I support deserve someone who will always stand up for them. I'm here to help, to have their back, and to give my very best efforts to serve them well.

I am known for...

Being a strong advocate. The people I support would say I am professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, and that I truly value them.

I really enjoy...

Spending time with my sons, my family, and my German Shepherd. Long phone conversations with my best friends, going to new places, and having new experiences. I also play in a bell choir, love to line dance, and volunteer as an assistant coach with my local Special Olympics track team.

Experience

Before joining NeuroNav, Pam worked in some of the most demanding roles in social services: CPS social worker, teen center director for after school programs, early intervention service coordinator, and housing case manager with the Salvation Army's Veterans Enrichment Program, where she worked with homeless disabled veterans to help them secure and maintain stable housing. Her entire career has been defined by showing up for people when it matters most.
