Rosemarie Vazquez-2
Navigator | Independent Facilitator

Hi, my name is Rosemarie

My path into this field started with a conversation. Fresh out of high school, I ran into the mom of a kid I knew, and she encouraged me to reach out to the ABA company her son worked with. She thought I'd be great at it. I called them, and instead of an internship, they offered me a job! That experience opened my eyes to a world I hadn't fully seen before. Once I got my degree and started working at a regional center, I realized how much of a need there is to be an actual support to the people we serve and their families. There's no better feeling than seeing people's lives improve and having a hand in that.

What is important to me...

The people we serve are not just clients. They're human beings with wants and needs, just like the rest of us. They deserve the best, and it's my job to help them find that.

I am known for...

Listening empathetically and doing my very best to provide every support a person needs. I also like complicated cases. Simple cases are nice and easy, but complicated ones make my brain work, and I work really hard to find viable solutions.

I really enjoy...

Going to live music events, anything that involves swimming, and daily cat snuggles from my cats.
