Hi, my name is Sam
I started out as a preschool teacher, and that's where everything really clicked for me. I had the chance to work closely with children with special needs, and I found myself naturally drawn to supporting them and their families. There wasn't one specific moment, it was all of those experiences over time that made me realize this is what I'm meant to do. That's what led me to continue working with people with disabilities, and it's something I genuinely feel passionate about every day.
What is important to me...
People deserve to have someone in their corner who genuinely cares and is there to help every step of the way.
I am known for...
Being someone who really listens. People describe me as patient, supportive, and easy to talk to — someone they can trust and be open with.
I really enjoy...
Spending time with my kids and just being present with them. I also love going to the beach, getting a good coffee, and finding time to read when I can.
Experience
Samantha began her career as a preschool teacher before becoming a service coordinator at Alta California Regional Center, where she supported infants, toddlers, and their families. That experience taught her how to truly listen, be patient, and show up for families during moments that can feel overwhelming. She learned how important it is to not only understand the system, but to make it feel a little less intimidating, and she still carries that with her in everything she does.
